Forbes Shire Council: Forbes Central West Livestock Exchange is proving to be one of the best centres to sell sheep with an incredible 721,473 sheep being herded through between July and October. This is a jump of 40% from last year, with more vendors from Victoria and Queensland making the trip to Forbes due to its central location and high prices per head. Cattle sales rose 32%, with 30,099 sold at CWLE in the same period. Read more at https://www.forbes.nsw.gov.au
