Women NSW: This week is NSW National Aboriginal Languages Week (20th – 27th October). Language is sacred and connected to Country and culture. It brings together generations and ties spirituality and identity. NSW is home to approximately 35 Aboriginal Languages, many of which cross borders into other States. Of the top ten Aboriginal Languages being renewed (in terms of speaker numbers), six are languages used in NSW. Interested to learn more?
